Moist banana bread
Three poor dying bananas in the kitchen turned into a moist banana bread!! I mean to say this because the bananas in such a condition adds a special flavour and prospers the natural sweetness of your bread. Its a best option when you want to cheat your picky eating toddler who not only hates bananas but also likes cakes(grrr!!):P
Wet ingredients:
Bananas- 3(fully ripened)
Edible oil- 3/4 cup
Water- 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence- 1 tbsp
Eggs- 3
Dry ingredients:
All purpose flour/ maida- 2 cups
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Cinnamon powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp

Notes: Whisking the batter more makes the bread rough. Check with a tooth pick at 50th minute of baking and extend the baking time if its not done.

- Let it cool for 15 minutes, turn out the bread into a tray.

You can add some crushed pecans or walnuts if you love to have nuts in the bread.
