Ingredients
Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg
(cut into small pieces)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Rice Flour - 1 tsp
Egg - 1
Thick curd/ Yogurt- 2 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Oil for frying

Thick curd/ Yogurt- 2 tbsp

Oil for frying
Method
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken both sides until well done.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and onion slices.
