Chick peas snack (kondakadalai sundal)
An evening time healthy snack.
Ingredients
Chick peas- 1 cup
Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
Coconut oil- 2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Urad dhal- 1/4 tsp
Channa dhal- 1/4 tsp
Red chillies- 3
Salt- as needed

Chick peas- 1 cup
Grated coconut- 1/2 cup

Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Urad dhal- 1/4 tsp
Channa dhal- 1/4 tsp
Red chillies- 3
Salt- as needed

Method
- Soak the chick peas for about 4 hours and pressure cook for 5 whistles with a little salt.
- In a pan, add coconut oil and once it is hot, add mustard seeds.
- Once it splutters, add urad dhal, curry leaves, broken red chillies and saute well.
- Now add the grated coconut and saute not more than a minute.
- Add the cooked chick peas and salt and mix well for 2 minutes.
