Chicken Fry (in conventional oven)


        This is a great recipe as an appetizer or side dish when there is a get together and you are in a hurry to prepare so many dishes. Marinading the recipe the previous night helps you to make cooking easier and faster. It is also a wonderful recipe that all the chicken lovers want to taste on a rainy evening. Also a healthier version





Ingredients

Chicken -legs, thighs, wings(1 kg)
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Chicken 65 powder- 4 tbsp
Oil- 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Curd(yogurt)- 1/2 cup(thick)
Butter- 1 tsp

Method
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Take a baking pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces that are cleaned well with all the ingredients and let it rest for 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Place them in the pan and cook in the oven 350F for 30 minutes.
  • Take out the pan and flip all the pieces to other side and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Brush the chicken with butter.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges and onion slices.
