Ingredients
Plantain- 3(sliced)
Pepper corns- 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 3
Cumin- 1 tsp
Garlic- 2 pods
Curry leaves- few
Coconut- 2 tbsp grated
Turmeric powder- pinch
Hing- pinch
Salt
Oil
Mustard seeds, urad dal, onion- seasoning
Method
Plantain- 3(sliced)

Method
- Grind coarsely pepper, coconut, cumin, chilli, garlic and curry leaves.
- Cook the plantain separately in a pan with some salt and turmeric powder.
- In a pan, heat oil , add mustard and urad dal, onion, curry leaves and hing.
- Add the ground mixture into the oil and mix well.
- Add in the cooked plantain and mix well.
- Cook for few minutes and turn off the heat.
